Risk Adjustment / Encounter Data SME

Location: Baltimore, MD
Analytica is seeking a Risk Adjustment/Encounter Data SME with at least 10 years total experience for a project based in Baltimore, MD. Ideal candidates will have strong business intelligence architecture experience in a data warehouse environment. The successful candidate will also demonstrate experience with data modeling (Conceptual, Relational and Dimensional) and possess experience that demonstrates a strong understanding of the data warehouse life cycle multi-dimensional models, and BI reporting.
Qualifications include (But Are Not Necessarily Limited To):
  • Strong understanding of ETL and Data Integration as well as Data Warehousing
  • Improving RA workflows through business intelligence reports, supported by MicroStrategy
  • Advanced statistical experience using SAS processes and SQL scripts
  • Familiarity with implementing the CMS Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) risk adjustment payment models
  • Risk Adjustment (RA)/scoring data models Deep knowledge
  • Client-based analysis and operationalize RA best practices that increased provider participation and Risk Adjustment performance
  • Expertise with Teradata Database and Teradata Analytic Data Marts (ADMs)

  • Health Plan Management System (HPMS) knowledge
  • Enterprise Microstrategy and Enterprise SAS knowledge
