Web Developer

Analytica is seeking a Web Developer to support a federal government client in Washington, DC.   Analytica has been recognized by Inc. Responsibilities include (But Are Not Necessarily Limited To):
  • Passion for Front-End and / or Data Visualization development
  • Hands-on experience with standardized web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, react.js, Typescript, jquery or similar.
  • A strong candidate will be able to leverage previous experience with leading analytics programming languages such as Python or R or similar
  • Experience with open source libraries including some of D3, Highcharts, Chart.js, Plotly.js, Dash, Shiny, Dygraphs, ggplot, dtatables or similar is a plus.
  • Hands on SQL experience
  • Familiarity with User-Centric design considerations through entire development lifecycle. Leverage fundamentals of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design to produce highly usable work products.
  • High degree of ability to identify and communicate data standards, needed for web development and data visualizations, across your team that contribute to highly usable data pipelines and minimize re-development of custom data transformations
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Five plus years of experience
  • Experience in developing, redesigning, and/or modernizing front-end website
  • Experience with Section 508 compliance regulations
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
