Do you enjoy figuring out challenging problems and helping clients succeed? Do you have strong communication, analytical, and Excel / programming skills? Are you looking for a role that you can learn and grow? Then Analytica may be looking for you to join our consulting team as an Analyst to support federal government client engagements.

Responsibilities include (But are not limited to):
  • Work with technical Business Owners, Stakeholders, Product Owner, Clients and other partners to develop and analyze problems and challenges
  • Conduct research and present findings on topics related to client challenges
  • Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of various systems
  • Assist in the development of Use Cases, Requirements, and other documents
  • Perform analysis for a wide range of requests using data in different formats and from various platforms, including financial and other client data using SQL, Excel and/or Python
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree, ideally in computer science, finance, or other quantitative field
  • 1+ years of professional experience working in consulting, banking, or equivalent analytical role
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, and ability to use data to answer questions
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and social skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other business software
  • Experience using SQL and developing in Python or R a strong plus
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
