Full Stack Developer

Analytica is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support a dynamic federal government project. The candidate will be responsible to produce scalable software solutions with a holistic approach to include working with databases, servers, and clients. This position will require working with a cross-functional team that is responsible for the gull software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

This role will serve in a technical advisor and liaison between Analytica staff and client business owners, system owners, and stakeholders to successfully overall business goals and objectives. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Designing software, tools, and subsystems to support application development and managing implementation using formal specifications, diagrams, and other accepted design techniques.
  • Estimating software development rough order magnitude, level of effort costs and schedules.
  • Reviewing existing programs and assisting in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current techniques
  • Supervising software configuration management.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical lead capacity on large scale web applications which process large scale, complex data sets
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or similarly related degree.
  • Information Technology Lifecycle (ITIL) certification
  • Background in Medicare and Medicaid applications is preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Software Development Lifecycle
  • Proficiency in a variety of web application technologies – Java (required), .NET, ETL frameworks, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, User Experience, Oracle as well as hardware/network infrastructure which host web applications.
